Why we exist
We spent decades inside consulting engagements — on both sides of the table — and watched the same pattern play out over and over. Companies rush to kick off. Consultants staff up. The right people on the client side are busy with other things. Work blocks. Consultants sit on the meter. Timelines slip. Budgets balloon. The engagement ends. The next one starts with someone new getting up to speed on things the last team already learned.
We built FlexTech360 to fix that, using an operating model that only became possible now that AI can do the heavy lifting that used to require armies of billable engineers.
How we operate
Small, senior team
We deliberately keep the client list short. The people on your engagement are senior and stay senior — no rotation of junior staff, no "the person who knows your account left the firm."
Annual partnerships, not project quotes
Each engagement is a yearly relationship. You prepay for a block of service hours and get access to our software portfolio. Your hours never expire. If your side hits a blocker, we spin down and your hours don't burn while we're idle. We're not incentivized to invent work.
AI-leveraged delivery
We use modern AI tooling throughout the build process — from architecture to code to testing to documentation. That's how we deliver at a small-team price without shipping small-team output.
Strategic, not first-line support
We help clients decide what to build and then build it cleanly. We're not the team you page at 2am when the site goes down — we're the team that helps you decide what site to build in the first place, and whether building it yourselves or buying it makes more sense.
